Jean Coat II Vintage Army

An elegant transitional coat made from recycled cotton with a tight weave that creates a natural water and wind resistant finish. Tailored in an oversized fit with a workwear inspired silhouette, complemented by a delicate buttoned collar, oversized slant pockets and dropped shoulders.

Ventils were developed in the 1930s to keep British fighter pilots dry and warm during World War II, when weather conditions were both unpredictable and harsh. The exceptionally tight weave creates a smooth surface that effectively keeps wind and water out in a completely natural way. Ventils are made in Switzerland from strong, tightly woven cotton.
